How To Get The Most From Your Deliveries
Easily customize your service to fit your lifestyle. In your personalized online Farm Stand account, you can:
- Customize Your Box! View and make changes to the items arriving in your delivery.
- If desired, add additional produce or items like farm fresh eggs, honey or olive oil.
- Choose to automatically "Exclude" items you do not wish to receive.
- Change your box type, size and delivery frequency as your needs change. Schedule Vacation Holds.
- Find quick inspiration with seasonal recipes and produce storage tips.

When to Make Changes
In order for us to prepare for the harvest and packing of your box, changes to your service must be made by 10 a.m., 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery day.

Receiving Your Deliveries
To maintain the freshness of your produce, we deliver your box in the cool hours of night and morning.
- Your delivery will be quietly left on your front doorstep between 8:00 p.m. (the night before) and 8 a.m. on your delivery day.
- If your building or gated community requires a key or security code, please contact us immediately to coordinate.
- As deliveries may occur in the dark, please tell your household and neighbors that you're expecting a delivery. Your farm delivery driver will be wearing a neon vest with reflective stripes.

Billing & Payments
As part of our subscription service, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and eCheck/ACH as automatic payment methods. Your chosen payment method will be charged on Sunday for the previous week’s deliveries. Find all payment options in your secure online Farm Fresh To You account.

Our Commitment to Quality
As fresh produce is delicate in nature, we do our best to properly pack items for the journey from our farm to your door. If you receive produce that has been damaged, discover an item missing from your order or do not receive your scheduled delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your box, and we will be happy to make it right.

If you have not previously created a password, please log in for the first time using your 5-digit delivery zip code as your password. You will be prompted to create a new password at login.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
We are excited to have you as part of our farm family, but should you decided that this service is not for you, here's our notice of cancellation.
You may cancel this initial transaction, without penalty or obligation, within 3 business days of your sign-up date by calling 1.800.796.6009 or emailing contactus@farmfreshtoyou.com. After this initial 3-day period, any cancellation or change to your service (ie. box size, delivery frequency, vacation hold) must be made by 10 a.m., 2 days before your scheduled delivery day as we use this lead time to prepare for the harvest and packing of your box. Thank you!
