Welcome Full Circle Customers!

As second-generation farmers, we’ve been growing and delivering organic produce in northern California for over 40 years. As Full Circle returns to their Pacific Northwest farming roots, we are excited for the opportunity to bring 100% certified organic produce and unique, specialty grocery items to your door starting on Monday, February 27th. Please see below for important information on your service.

HOW IT WORKS

Continuing Service with Farm Fresh To You

Get started
February 23rd
  • Customize (Modify) Your First Delivery: On Thursday the 23rd, around noon, you’ll receive an email with a link and instructions on how to customize your delivery scheduled for the week of 2/27-3/3. Note: if your order is on hold that week, your email will arrive the week before your next active scheduled delivery.
  • Log In on 2/23 to your new Farm Fresh To You account using the email address from your Full Circle account.
  • Your Produce Service: By now you should have received a couple emails with specific information explaining your delivery changes and custom options. Please contact us if you did not receive.

Customize Your
farm box delivery
  • Modify Your Produce: Before each delivery, view and make changes to the produce items in your delivery. Tip: all of our produce is available for swapping!
  • Shop Specialty Grocery & Farm Products: After confirming your produce order, shop our unique farm products. Add items like fresh eggs, organic dairy, local honey, fresh flowers, hand-crafted jams, nut butters & more.
  • Cut-off For Changes: As we need time to harvest and prepare for the packing and delivery of your farm box, we need to receive all changes to your service by 10 a.m., 2 days before your delivery day.

Manage Your
Service & Schedule

From the Manage Services page in your online account.

  • Skip (Hold) & Add Deliveries: Any future delivery changes made on your Full Circle account will transfer automatically to Farm Fresh To You. Tip: Now you can skip or add up to 12 weeks of deliveries from your online delivery calendar.
  • Edit Service & Delivery Frequency: View and edit your service to fit your needs as they change. Choose from weekly, every other week, or every 3 to 4 week deliveries in a variety of box types and sizes.
  • Never Send (Permanent Exclusions) & Recurring Items: Your exclusions and recurring items have been transferred to your new Farm Fresh To You account. Tip: No limit on the number of items you can mark to be excluded from your deliveries. Exclude an entire group of items like Apples or a specific variety like Granny Smith.

  • Farm Newsletter: A newsletter with recipes, stories from our farm, produce storage tips and event info is packed into every delivery.
  • Online Recipes: Whether you are looking for simple and quick ways to eat well or love the adventure of cooking, we can help you live deliciously with our online Recipes, Storage Tips and Blog. Search by produce item.
  • Click INFO: When customizing or viewing your order, click the INFO button on produce items and farm products to view serving tips and product/grower/artisan information.
  • Visit the Farm: Keep connected to your farm by joining us for farm tours, special events and seasonal ”Meet the Farmer & Chef” dinners. Visit us and harvest something fresh from the field.
