We are migrating customer accounts to a weekly Sunday billing schedule. Please review the following FAQs and important information. We appreciate your continued support of our family-owned business. It's been an exciting year focused on strengthening our business and increasing the conveniences we offer to you, our family of customers.

What Can I Expect on November 2nd?

As we migrate to this new system, customers with the follwoing automatic payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and eCheck/ACH) will be charged on Sunday, November 2nd for any unbilled deliveries. Meaning, if you have had 3 deliveries since your last payment, you will be charged for those 3 unbilled deliveries.

When Will I be Billed for my Deliveries with the New Billing Frequency?

Customers with the following automatic payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and eCheck/ACH) will be charged weekly, on Sundays, for the previous week’s deliveries. Customers with previously existing invoice accounts will continue on a monthly billing cycle.

Why are You Changing your Billing Schedules?

This important billing change will eliminate several common areas of customer billing confusion. Now, being billed after each delivery, you will have more timely insight into your Farm Fresh To You charges and credits. This change will also allow us to strengthen our biling practices and financial sustainability.
